【Abstract】 This paper gives the hypothesis of the virtual organization existence through analyzing the context from which virtual organization arise. By using the method of game analysis, it provides the basis for virtual organization operating normally. The characters of correlated strategy are dwelled on, and the conditions of correlated equilibrium and general correlated equilibrium are also proved. Accordingly, the instructional sense of correlated equilibrium to the practice of the virtual organization management is revealed, too.
