【摘要】 目的 :运用湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)纱条填塞及外涂鼻息肉术后的鼻腔 ,与凡士林纱填塞鼻腔及1 %麻黄素、石蜡油交替滴鼻对照 ,观察其促进创面修复的作用。方法 :术后分别将MEBO纱条或凡士林纱条填塞鼻腔筛窦腔 ,4 8小时后取出 ,应用MEBO组 ,每日鼻腔换药清理分泌物后 ,筛窦鼻腔创面均涂MEBO ,对照组 ,鼻腔换药清理分泌物后 ,以 1 %麻黄素及石蜡油交替滴鼻 ,1日 3次。结果 :从止痛、鼻黏膜创面恢复、术腔上皮愈合时间、治愈率方面进行比较 ,MEBO组明显优于对照组 ,差异显著。结论 :MEBO在止痛、促进鼻腔创面恢复、缩短术腔上皮愈合时间及提高治愈率方面疗效显著 ,优于凡士林组 ,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating wounds after nasal polypectomy. Method: 78 patients after operation was treated with MEBO gauze, the gauze was plugged into the nasal cavity and was removed after 48 hours, the dressing was changed after cleaning the ethmoid sinus and nasal cavity. As a control, 65 patients were treated with vaseline gauze in association with 1% ephedrine and liquid paraffin drops, the gauze was changed 3 times a day. Result: MEBO treatment was superior to the control in terms of pain stopping effect, wound recovery, epithelial healing time and curative rate. The difference between the 2 groups was significant. Conclusion : MEBO is better the vaseline. It has pain stopping effect, and can promote wound recovery and epithelial healing. The curative rate is higher than vaseline.更多还原
