【摘要】 目的 :介绍带状疱疹的MEBT/MEBO临床治疗方法。方法 :对 1 998年～ 2 0 0 3年 1 2月收治的78例 ,受损创面面积在 0 1 %～ 3%之间病人 ,应用MEBT/MEBO治疗促进皮肤快速生长 ,减轻疼痛及减轻或控制局部创面感染。结果 :本组病例均取得较好效果 ,涂药 2月后疼痛便减轻至消失 ,局部感染亦能得到较好控制 ,Ⅱ度创面愈合时间为 8天～ 1 0天 ,Ⅲ度创面约为 1 5天～ 2 5天 ,比传统疗法治愈提前 5天～ 1 5天 ,1个月以内愈合者基本上无明显瘢痕。结论 :MEBT/MEBO应用于带状疱疹治疗效果较好 ,提高病人在病中的生活质量 ,是一种操作简便 ,疗效确切 ,经济实用的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating herpes zoster. Method: 78 cases of this disease with a lesion area of 0 1% to 3 % were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Result: After local application of MEBO for 2 to 10 days, pain was relieved. Local infection was well controlled. Those with 2nd degree wounds healed in 8 to 10 days and 3 rd degree wounds healed in 15 to 25 days. Compared with conventional treatment, the wound healing time was shortened by 5 to 15 days. All the wounds healed in one month without leaving scar. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is a good remedy for treating herpes zoster. It helps to improve the living quality of the patients.
