【摘要】 目的 :探讨应用MEBT/MEBO治疗外伤性皮肤损伤的临床效果。方法 :外伤皮肤创面经清创后 ,创面暴露 ,并用MEBO外涂于创面。结果 :36例全部治愈 ,无瘢痕挛缩及色素沉着 ,无创面感染 ,功能恢复满意。结论 :MEBT/MEBO治疗皮肤外伤 ,操作方法简便 ,疗效优越于传统的干燥结痂、创面包扎、植皮或皮瓣转移等治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating traumatic skin injury. Method: 36 cases of traumatic skin injury were treated with MEBO in exposed way after wound debridement. Result: All the wounds healed. No cicatricial contracture, no pigmentation and no wound infection occurred. The recovery of the function was satisfactory. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO for treating traumatic skin injury is very efficacious. It is easy and simple and is superior to dry therapy, bandaging method and skin grafting treatment.更多还原
