【摘要】 目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)对糖尿病罹患烧伤的治疗效果。方法 :每 10克MEBO中加入 2～ 4单位的胰岛素及 6 5 4 2注射液 5～ 10毫克局部外用 ,同时给予全身应用抗生素 ,降糖、降脂等方法进行治疗。结果 :4 8例患者中有 4 5例 ,创面自行愈合 ,有 3例经治疗后感染被控制 ,因创面较大、较深 ,后期行手术植皮治疗创面愈合。结论 :ME BO治疗糖尿病合并烧伤 ,创面开放 ,引流通畅 ,感染易被控制 ,痛苦小 ,优于其他方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBO in treating burn wounds of those with diabetes. Method: Into 10 gram of MEBO, 2 to 4 units of insulin and 5 to 10 ml of 654-2 injection were added. This mixture was used for local application. At the same time, systemic application of antibiotics, hypoglycemic and hypolipoidemic drugs were adopted. Result: 45 out of the 48 cases had their wounds healed spontaneously. 3 cases had wound infection, their wounds were large and deep and were healed after skin grafting. Conclusion: MEBO can be used in the treatment of burn wounds of diabetic patients. The wounds were kept open, the drainage was adequate and infection could be easily controlled. The patients had less pain. It is superior to other treating methods.更多还原
