【摘要】 目的 :总结烧伤湿性医疗技术 (MEBT MEBO)在突发事件中成批烧伤病人的治疗经验。方法 :将我科在2 0 0 3年 7月 2 8日烟花爆炸中救治的 2 2例烧伤患者的抢救治疗经过进行总结 ,在抢救现场及时应用MEBT MEBO治疗烧伤创面 ,为后期治疗打下基础。住院后 ,系统规范治疗 ,烧伤创面局部用药和全身系统治疗相结合 ,以临床观察和结合病人自觉症状评价疗效。结果 :2 2例烧伤患者全部自行愈合 ,3个月后随访 ,无增生性瘢痕 ,无功能障碍。结论 :对于突发事件中的大批烧伤病人 ,尽早应用MEBT MEBO ,并给予规范的系统治疗 ,是处理突发事件中大批烧伤病的理想方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To sum up the experience with MEBO in treating patients burned by accidents in groups. Method: On July the 28th 2003, 22 patients were burned by firework explosion. They were treated immediately with MEBT/MEBO. After hospitalization, local application of MEBO in association with systemic treatment was adopted. The efficacy was evaluated on the basis of clinical observation and subjective symptoms. Result: All the 22 patients were cured. After followed-up for 3 months, no scar formed and no function disturbance happened. Conclusion: Early application of MEBT/MEBO and systemic treatment applied in a standardized way is an ideal method for treating patients burned by accidents in groups.更多还原
