分子标记及其在林木遗传多样性研究中的应用
Molecular Marker and It’s Application in Forest Tree Genetic Diversity
【摘要】 介绍了RFLP、RAPD、AFLP、SSR、ISSR等遗传标记技术的基本原理与特点.综述了DNA分子标记在林木遗传多样性研究、林木遗传资源研究、DNA指纹图谱研究和种质资源鉴定等方面的应用及前景.
【Abstract】 The principle and character of RFLP(Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism), RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA), AFLP(Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism),SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat,or Microsatellite DNA) and ISSR(intersimple sequence repearts) are introduced in this article. On the other hand,it reviews the application and prospect of DNA molecular marker in forest tree genetic diversity,genetic resource, DNA fingerprint mapping and germplasm resource identification.
