【Abstract】 Based on a synthetical analysis of the demand on talents in food specialty under the condition of market-economy,a mode of "strengthening creative education,cultivating innovative talents"is proposed.The mode emphasizes the importance of broadening the students’knowledge,reforming teaching method,enhancing adaptability training,strengthening practice,stressing the development of students’ability,teaching in accordance with students’ability,giving prominence to creativity.
