【Abstract】 Different analytical methods for amino acids, including ion exchange chromatography (IEC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC) and capillary electrophoresis (CE) are introduced in light of derivatization. High performance anionic exchange chromatography with integrated pulsed amperometric detection (HPAEC-IPAD) method for direct amino acid analysis was also presented. The applications of the methods for amino acid analysis in proteins, foods, physiological fluids and chiral separation as well are also reviewed.更多还原
