【Abstract】 In this paper, the determination of contents of β- carotene in samples was studied by means of paper chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, column chromatography and spec-trophotography. The researches showed that paper chromatography was a better and predominated method for determination of β- carotene contents with much accuracy and precision, adapted to simple and crude laboratories of sorts.更多还原
