【摘要】 用乙醇提取中药红景天的抗氧化物质,并采用羟基自由基体系和超氧阴离子自由基体系对中药红景天提取液的抗氧化性进行研究,并同特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)、维生素E进行比较。结果表明,红景天提取液在两种体系中都具有很好的抗氧化能力,且清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力要好于羟基自由基,并大于维生素E。更多还原

【Abstract】 Antioxidant substance of radix Rhodiolae was extracted with ethanol. Using the assay systems of hydroxyl radicaland superoxide anion radical, antioxidant activity of the extract of radix Rhodiolae was studied, and in comparison with TBHQand Vitamin E. The results showed that the extract of radix Rhodiolae had good antioxidant activity in different assay systemsand scavenging effects on superoxide anion radical was stronger than hydroxyl radical.
