超临界CO2萃取芦柑精油的研究

【摘要】 以永春芦柑皮为试验材料 ,通过正交试验 ,研究了超临界CO2 流体萃取过程中 ,原料粒度、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间等因素对精油得率的影响。结果表明 :采用二级分离方法 ,萜烯烃类精油较多的最优工艺组合是 :0 .35mm ,12MPa,36℃ ,6 0min,精油得率为 1.91% ;获得低萜精油的最优工艺组合是 :0 .35mm ,14MPa,4 0℃ ,90min ,精油得率为 3.19%。提出了利用柑橘精油处理发泡聚苯乙烯塑料的方法。

【Abstract】 Through an orthogonal experiment on extraction of refined oil by supercritical CO 2 fluid, the influence of several parameters such as particle size, extracting pressure, extracting temperature and extracting time on extraction rate were studied. The results showed that the technological conditions of the most amount of (d)-Limonene were particle size 0.35mm, pressure 12MPa, temperature 36℃ and time 60 minutes, with 1.91% refined oil in separating container Ⅰ; the optimum technological parameters of de-terpene were particle size 0.35mm, pressure 14MPa, temperature 40℃ and time 90 minutes, the maximum of extraction rate was up to 3.19% in separating container Ⅱ. Expanded polystyrene plastics could be dealt with by refined oil.
