汽-液-固三相流化床蒸发器浓缩食品液体的实验研究

【摘要】 介绍了三相流化床蒸发器的结构特点 ,对其传热和防、除垢性能进行了研究 ;论述了把汽 -液 -固三相流化床蒸发器应用于食品液体浓缩的可行性。研究结果表明 :汽 -液 -固三相流化床蒸发器具有良好的传热和防、除垢性能 ,在食品工业中具有一定的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The structure and chara cteristics of the three-phase flow fluidized bed evaporator, the he at transfer characteristics and the properties of its preventing and cleaning foulsing and the feasibility of using fluidized bed evaporator with t he three-phase flow to condense food liquid were introduced. The results showed that the vapor-liquid-solid three-phase fluidized bed evaporator had g ood properties of heat transfer, preventing and cleaning foulsing.It would be us ed broadly to condense food liquid in future.
