【Abstract】 In order to exploit the resource of corn peptide,the antifatigue effect of corn peptide was studied.The effects of corn peptide on the time of swimming and pole climbing on mice were observed. And the effect on the content of the plasma urea, liver glycogen,muscle glycogen were studied. Corn peptide enforced the swimming durability and prolonged the pole climbing time of mice. The contents of the lactates, the plasma urea were lower, but the content of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were higher.Corn peptide had antifatigue effect.更多还原
