【Abstract】 A high performance liquid chromatography method has been established for determination of chloram-phenicol residues in food. Nova-Pak C18 column(3.9 ×150mm,4μm) was used, methanol-water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1mL/ min, detected by photodiode array detecter at 275 nm.
