米曲氨基酰化酶液态发酵条件的研究
Optimization of Aspergillus Oryzae 3042 Liquid Fermentation Producing Aminoacylase
【摘要】 通过单因素和正交试验 ,对米曲霉 3 0 42产氨基酰化酶摇瓶液态发酵条件进行优化。结果表明 ,较优培养基为 :麸皮 2 %,蛋白胨 1 5 %,玉米浆 0 5 %,酵母膏 0 1 %,KH2 PO4 0 2 %,无水MgSO4 0 1 %,吐温 80 0 0 5 %。酶活最高达到 1 2 5 8u/g(湿菌体 ) ,通过对培养条件的研究 ,最佳起始 pH 7.0、温度 2 6℃、装液量 1 0 0mL/L三角瓶。
【Abstract】 The liquid fermentation of Aspergillus oyzae 3042 producing aminoacylase was studied. The optimum fermentation medium components were as follows: wheat bran 2 0%, peptone 1 5%, yeast extract 0 1%, KH 2PO 4 0 2% MgSO 4 0 1%, and Tween 80 0 05% Under the condition, the highest aminoacylase activity was obtained at wet cell weigh of 125 8u/g Other optimal incubation conditions were also presented.
