姜精油的GC/MS分析研究

【摘要】 利用同时蒸馏萃取法 (SDE)从冷冻干燥的姜中萃取姜精油。通过GC、GC/MS技术进行定性与定量分析。结果显示 ,用该法能够有效地提取到姜精油 ,感官分析提取物具有生姜典型气味 ,其组成成分主要以萜烯类化合物为主 ,以色谱峰面积归一化法计算 ,含量最高的姜烯占41 2 2 %,其次是金合欢烯 ( 1 3 49%) ,β 倍半水芹烯 ( 1 3 1 7%) ,同时含有醇类 ( 2 85 %)、酮类( 2 2 4%)、醛类 ( 0 5 9%)、其他 ( 1 71 %)等组分。此法萃取的姜油共检测出 1 2 7种化合物 ,经GC/MS分析鉴定出 96种组分 ,占色谱峰总面积的 95 95 %。

【Abstract】 SDE was used to extracte ginger essential oil from freeze dried ginger Qualitative and quantitative analysis were performed by GC and GC/MS The results showed ginger essential oil could be extracted effectively by this method The sensory analysis proved the extract had representative odor of ginger In 96 compounds that had been determined by GC/MS, terpenes compounds were the main components: Zingiberen was the highest at 41 22%, followed by farnesene(13 49%) and β sesquiphellandrene(13 17%). Other compounds such as ethanol(2 85%), ketones (2 24%), aldehydes(0 59%) 96 compounds that were identified accounted for 95 95% of total area of chromatogram
