腺嘌呤类物质补料方式对鸟苷发酵的影响
Feed of Adenine by Given Way Effects on Fermentative Production of Guanosine
【摘要】 鸟苷产生菌枯草杆菌JSIM G 3 4是腺嘌呤营养缺陷型变异菌。腺嘌呤类物质是鸟苷菌中所必需的 ,但过多则会阻遏抑制鸟苷的产生。作者把含有腺嘌呤物质的酵母粉或RNA按一定方式补料 ,将腺嘌呤浓度控制在可以提供菌体生长而不会对核苷代谢关键酶产生不利的范围内 ,使鸟苷产量最高达到 3 4 1 4mg/mL。
【Abstract】 Bacillus subtilis JSIM G 34, which produces guanosine, is the mutative strains of auxotroph of adenine Adenine is necessary to the bacteria. Howerer, but too much adenine will restrain the accumulation of guanosine We cultured the bacteria with yeast farina or RNA to mainatain adenine at certain concentration guanosine was achieved at 34.14mg/mL.
