阳宗海中高产类胡萝卜素光合细菌的研究
Photosynthetic Bacteria for High Yield Production of Carotenoid Pigment in Yangzonghai Lake
【摘要】 从高原湖泊阳宗海深水层中分离到一株红细菌属色素高产菌Y11 ,其生成的类胡萝卜素在光、酸碱和热的条件下 ,稳定性好。添加 10mg/LMg2 +时 ,类胡萝卜素生成量最大 ,添加Fe3+和Mn2 +会降低其产量。用 12 #正交优化培养基 ,光照 1 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 0lux ,pH7.0 ,30℃下培养 5d后 ,类胡萝卜素产量可以达到 5 1 .5mg/g ,约 360 .5mg/L。
【Abstract】 A strain of Rhodabacter Y11, which contains high content of carotenoids, was isolated from deep level of Yangzonghai lake in Yunnan province. It is indicated that the pigment is not susceptible to heat, acid/alkali or sunlight. The yield of carotenoid was improved by 10mg/L Mg 2+ added to the culture medium but was reduced by Fe 3+ and Mn 2+ . The Y11 strain was cultivated for 5 days in the interactive optimum medium 12 # under the following conditions: 1000~2000lux, pH7.0, 30℃. And the yield of carotenoid reached 57.5mg/g or about 432mg/L.
