【摘要】 ①目的　探讨米非司酮口服并超声介入聚维酮碘局部注射治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床价值。②方法　对 16 7例卵巢巧克力囊肿病人经阴道超声引导下行囊肿穿刺抽吸并注入聚维酮碘液治疗 ,于治疗当日起口服米非司酮 (每次 12 .5mg ,每日 1次 ) ,连续 6个月。随访 2 4个月 ,判定疗效。 ③结果　治愈 10 2例 ,有效 6 0例 ,无效 5例 ,总有效率 97.0 1% ,1年复发率 3.5 9% ,2年复发率 3.79% ,1、2年复发率比较差异无显著意义 (χ2 =3.15 2 ,P >0 .0 5 )。④结论　米非司酮口服结合阴道超声引导穿刺抽吸并注入聚维酮碘液治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿是一种高效、可靠、安全和经济的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of local injection of mifepristone and providone iodine in the treatment of ovary chocolate cysts. Methods The fluid of the cysts in 167 patients was drawn off and into which providone iodine was injected with the guidance of transvaginal sonography. Mifepristone was started at the same day, 12.5 mg daily for 6 months. They were followed for 24 months. Results The results were as follows: cure,102 patients; response,60; no improvement, 5. A total response rate was 97.01%. One-year and two-year recurrence was 3.59% and 3.79%, respectively, the difference was without statistically significant (χ 2=3.152,P>0.05 ). Conclusion It is highly effective, reliable, safe and economical by injection of mifepristone for ovary chocolate cysts with the guidance of transvaginal sonography.更多还原
