颞下颌关节骨关节病动物模型咀嚼肌肌电分析
AN ANALYSIS OF MASTICATORY MUSCLE ACTIVITY IN ANIMAL MODELS WITH TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT OSTEOARTHRITIS
【摘要】 ①目的 探讨颞下颌关节骨关节病对咀嚼肌肌电图的影响 ,为诊断和治疗该病提供依据。②方法以胶原酶注射法制备的兔颞下颌关节骨关节病动物模型作为实验组 ,另选 10只健康兔作为对照组。两组分别于4、8、12周末行嚼肌和颞肌肌电图检查 ,分析对比两组兔在姿势位和牙尖交错位最大紧咬状态下肌电电位变化。③结果 实验组姿势位时嚼肌、颞肌前束及颞肌后束肌电电位均显著高于对照组 (t =9.0 5 2~ 18.5 17,P <0 .0 1) ;在牙尖交错位最大紧咬状态下 ,实验组嚼肌、颞肌前束及颞肌后束肌电电位均显著低于对照组 (t=16 .6 0 2~ 2 5 .0 2 8,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 颞下颌关节骨关节病发展过程中伴随咀嚼肌功能紊乱 ,提示在诊断和治疗该病时应注意咀嚼肌功能状态的改变 ,调整咀嚼肌功能状态可能获得良好的治疗效果。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis(TMJOA) on masticatory electromyography(EMG). Methods Twenty adult rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Collogenase was injected to established animal models of TMJOA. At the end of 4, 8, and 12 weeks, EMG of anterior temporalis(TA),posterior temporalis(TP) and masseter muscles(MM) in each group were recorded during postural posture and clenching and analyzed. Results The masseter, TA and TP muscle activities of the experimental group were significantly higher in postural posture(t=9.052-18.517, P<0.01), but lower in clenching posture than those of the control group (t=16.602-25.028, P< 0.01 ). Conclusion Masticatory muscle dysfunction is present during the development of TMJOA, suggestive of paying attention to the changes of the muscle status during making the diagnosis and treatment is necessary and adjustment of it may get a good treatment outcome.
