【摘要】 ①目的　分析山东省综合性医院成分输血现状。②方法　对山东省 4所省级综合性医院用血情况进行统计并计算各种成分输血率。③结果　 4所医院成分输血率均达到国家标准 (79.34%～ 99.97% ) ,成分输血以浓缩红细胞 (4 8.72 % )、机采血小板 (4 6 .0 2 % )为主 ,血浆用量大 ,白细胞 (1.6 1% )、冷沉淀 (3.6 5 % )等特殊成分用量少。④结论　山东省综合性医院成分输血已达到世界先进水平 ,但存在滥用血浆现象 ,冷沉淀等成分要注意开发利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the present situation of transfusion of blood component in general hospitals in Shandong province. Methods The status of blood transfusion in four province-level general hospitals and the rate of component transfusion were analyzed. Results The percentage of component blood transfusion was more than 70%(79.34%-99.97%). Erythrocyte(48.72%) and platelet transfusion (46.02%) were mainly used. Plasma was transfused in large quantities while the quantity of cryoprecipitate(3.65%) and leukocyte transfusion(1.61%) was small. Conclusion The percentage of component blood transfusion in Shandong province has attained the advanced world level, but plasma transfusion is abused and cryoprecipitate transfusion should be used more widely .更多还原
