【摘要】 ①目的　对脑膜瘤尾征进行病理学分析 ,明确其性质 ,并探讨其对手术的指导意义。②方法　将 14例脑膜瘤在强化磁共振中表现为尾征的周边硬脑膜手术切除 ,分别取肿瘤中心、肿瘤边缘、肿瘤边缘与尾征远端中点、尾征远端、尾征远端旁开 5及 10mm处为观察点 ,进行病理学分析。③结果　所取各观察点的肿瘤细胞浸润率分别为 87%、87%、6 1%、5 2 %、13%、0。④结论　脑膜瘤尾征多存在肿瘤细胞浸润 ,手术中切除脑膜瘤尾征所提示的硬脑膜及其周边 5mm范围 ,可有效提高脑膜瘤的全切率 ,明显减少甚至避免脑膜瘤的术后复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the histological appearance of the dural tail accompanying meningioma on MRI and to investigate its guiding significance for surgery. Methods The surrounding endocranium of 14 cases of meningiomas with dural tails on enhanced MRI were removed. Six points were chosen and examined histologically: the center of the attachment of the tumor, the margin of the tumor, the center of the margin to the distal site of the dural tail, the distal site of the dural tail, 5 mm and 10 mm from the distal site of the dural tail. Results The tumor-cell invasion rate was 87%, 87%, 61%, 52%, 13% and 0 in the above-described 6 points, respectively. Conclusion Most dural tails accompanying meningioma are invaded by tumor cells. The removal of the dural tail and the surrounding 5 mm dura mater from its distal site can increase the total removal and markedly decrease the recurrence of the tumor.更多还原
