【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of bFGF in treating refractory skin ulcer(RSU). Methods Forty-nine RSU patients were randomly divided into two groups: bFGF and conservative treatment groups. Four weeks later, the efficacy and side effects were evaluated based on the decrease in size of the ulcer and growth of granulation tissue. Results The results of the bFGF group differed significantly from those of the conservative group(u c=3.326, P<0.01). No side effect was found in either group. Conclusion bFGF is safe and effective in the treatment of refractory skin ulcer.更多还原
