【摘要】 ①目的　探讨非肢体用止血器在胸背部创口止血中的应用效果。②方法　将自制的非肢体用止血器在胸背部手术时压迫创口并观察其止血效果。③结果　试验组与对照组出血量分别为 (2 3.0 0± 1.32 )、(6 1.0 0± 1.86 )mL ,两组比较差异有显著性 (t=2 .76 3,P <0 .0 5 )。试验组止血效果明显优于对照组。④结论　非肢体用止血器设计科学合理 ,使用简便灵活 ,止血效果满意 ,在治疗胸背部创口止血方面较为理想、实用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the outcome of hemostasis by using pressure hemostat for thoracodorsal wounds. MethodsA self-made non-extremity-used hemostat was applied to compress the wounds during thoracodorsal operations and the effects were observed. ResultsThe hemorrhage of the experimental and control groups was (23.00±1.32) and (61.00±1.86)mL, respectively,the difference was significant (t=2.763,p<0.05). The effect of stop bleeding in experimental group was far superior to that of the control. ConclusionThe non-extremity pressure hemostat is well designed with satisfactory hemostasis and applicable to thoracodorsal wounds. [更多还原
