超微粉对耐火浇注料性能的影响

【摘要】 论述了超微粉的性能及作用机理,讨论了硅灰和α-Al2O3微粉对耐火浇注料加水量、成型性能、强度和抗渣性能的影响。结果表明:(1)两种微粉配合使用,材料性能较好;(2)单独使用一种微粉时,硅灰效果优于α-Al2O3微粉;(3)当α-Al2O3微粉用量一定时,增加硅灰,水用量显著降低;(4)本试验条件下,超微粉适宜用量:硅灰6%,α-Al2O3微粉2%,此时加水量、成型性能、强度和抗渣性能最优。

【Abstract】 Ultra-micro powder property and mechanism is discussed. The influence of volatilized silica and α-Al2O3 micro-powder on refractory casting performance such as watering, formation, strength and slag resistance are also discussed here.The test result shows that (1)Materials property is fairly good when using two kinds of micro-powder mixtures. (2) Volatilized silica is better than α-Al2O3 when using one micro-powder. (3) Add volatilized silica when α-Al2O3 in a certain amount, by this way, water consumption is reduced considerably. (4)Optimized watering, formation, strength and slag resistance is obtained when adding 6% volatilized silica and 2% α-Al2O3 micro-powder in refractory casting.
