【Abstract】 Ruichang Cement Co. applied roller press grinding system in production. During commissioning and production, some problems as abnormal running of the roller press and unstable operation of the system occurred due to raw materials and operation control. Effective measures such as controlling rawmaterial qualities, using additives with grinding aid functions were taken to enable the roller press system running in continuous stable status.
