蛆虫疗法修复严重感染创面的应用体会

【摘要】 目的 探讨蛆虫疗法用于修复严重感染创面的应用体会。方法 采用丝光绿蝇蝇卵灭菌和幼虫 (3天龄 )消毒两种方法进行处理 ,证实幼虫体表及体内无细菌病毒生长且幼虫的活力存在。将消毒灭菌的蛆虫 5 0~ 10 0只放入创面 ,无菌盐水敷料覆盖 ,外罩尼龙网 ,隔日更换蛆虫及敷料一次。结果  1999年至 2 0 0 4年 ,我们将蛆虫疗法用于修复严重感染创面的患者 4例 ,平均治疗 7天 ,所有创面坏死组织均清除干净 ,有大量新鲜的肉芽组织生长 ,创面表面培养无细菌生长 ,创面经皮片植皮后痊愈 ,效果满意。结论 蛆虫疗法是一种修复严重感染创面安全有效的生物扩创疗法。

【Abstract】 Objective To research the application of maggot therapeutics for repairing serious infective wound. Methods Two methods were used for getting clean maggot, one is flyblow asepsis, the other is larva antiasepsis. No bacterium or virus exist in the body of the maggots and the maggots are vivid. From 1999 to 2004, we took use of maggot therapeutics to repair 4 cases serious infective surfaces. Fifty to one hundred asepticmaggots were put to the infective surfaces every time, aseptic dressing overlied the surface, nylon net covered outside the dressing. The maggots and dressing were changed every two days. Results Average cure period was 7 days, all necrotic tissues of the wound were cleanup, fresh tissue developed. When bacterium culture of the wound surface show no bacterium, the wound was covered with skin graft, all results were satisfied. Conclusion Maggot therapeutics is an effective biological therapy for repairing serious infective wound.
