镁盐晶须改性尼龙6的研究
Study on Magnesium Salt Whiskers Modified Nylon 6
【摘要】 研究了镁盐晶须对尼龙6复合材料力学及阻燃性能的影响 ,并与玻纤、滑石粉的增强效果及十溴二苯醚的阻燃效果作了对比。结果表明 ,填充镁盐晶须后 ,尼龙6复合材料的力学性能明显增强 ,且具有优异的阻燃性能 ;镁盐晶须含量越高 ,增强及阻燃效果越好。镁盐晶须的增强效果与玻璃纤维相当 ,但明显优于滑石粉 ;在阻燃方面 ,镁盐晶须含量的增加 ,可有效地减少十溴二苯醚的用量。
【Abstract】 This article has studied the influence of reinforced and flame retardant nylon6with magnesium salt whiskers and compared the reinforcement effect of glass fibre and talcum powder and flame retardant effect of deˉcabromodiphenyl oxide.The result shows that magnesium salt whiskers have good reinforcement function and excellent flame retardancy when used in nylon6composite.The reinforcement function of the magnesium salt whiskers is same as glass fibre but super to talcum powder,and the more magnesium salt whiskers filled in nylon6,the less deˉcabromodiphenyl oxide as flame retardant will be used.
