抗菌防霉的聚烯烃制品的研制
Research and Manufacture of Bacteriostatic and Mould Resistent Polyolefin Plastics
【摘要】 用离子交换法将Ag、Cu、Zn等杀菌防霉的金属离子附在沸石载体上 ,将此沸石磨碎成小于10μm的微细粉末 ,并进行表面活化包裹处理。将此表面活化之抗菌防霉沸石微细粉末混合在聚烯烃树脂中加工 ,或将此种活化抗菌防霉沸石微细粉末与部分树脂制成抗菌母料 ,再将此抗菌母料与聚烯烃树脂混合加工 ,制成各种抗菌防霉的聚烯烃塑料制品。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the procedure of manufacture of bacteriostatic and mould resistemt polyolefin plastics absorbing Ag + ,Cu 2+ ,Zn 2+ ions on the zeolite support through ion exchange,grinding the zeolite to powder with diameter less than10μm and simultaneously taking place surface activation treatment,blending the activated powder with ployolefin resin to produce bacteriostatic masterbatch,finally using this type of masterbatch and polyolefin resin as raw materials to manufacture the bacteriostatic and mould resistent polyolefin plastics product.
