【Abstract】 Rabbit thoracic aortic rings were used to investigate the vasodilator mechanisms of scopolamine. The result shows that, scopolamine-pretreatment cannot affect the KCl-induced contraction of aortic rings, but can significantly inhibit the noradrenaline-, histamine-and 5-hydroxytryptamine-induced contractions. The vasodilator effect of scopolamine is endothelia independent.更多还原
