心血管疾病遗传连锁分析及发病风险因子的研究
The Linkage Analysis and the Risk Factor Analysis of Cardiovascular Disease
【摘要】 心血管疾病是一种严重危害人体健康的多发性疾病 ,其发病一般是由多基因与环境因素相互作用的结果 ,具有复杂疾病的特征。应用受累同胞对连锁分析 H-E方法 ,对来自美国的 3 3 0个家系 4692个个体 2 2个染色体的群体与心血管疾病家系数据 ,进行初步的疾病连锁定位分析及发病风险因子的研究。结果显示 ,每日饮酒量 (Agpd)、收缩压 (Stbp)、甘油三酸酯 (Trgc)和是否高血压(Chbp)是心血管疾病发病风险因子 ,并且提示遗传标记位点 Chromosomel:GGAT2 A0 7、ATA2 0 F0 8、GATA48B0 1、GATA2 9A0 5、2 0 3 yg9,Chromosome2 :ATA2 7H0 9、GATA4E11、GATA2 7A12 ,Chromosomel0 :GGAT1A4、GATA115 E0 1、GGAA2 F11、GA-TA64 A0 9等与心血管疾病性状位点连锁。
【Abstract】 Cardivovascular Disease (CVD) is a kind of frequently-occurring disease. Generally speaking, the causes of the disease occurring is the interaction of multiple-genes and environment. It has complicated symptoms. The paper applies affected sib-pairs linkage analysis H-E method to elementarily research disease linkage analysis and risk factor based on the chromosome data which is 4692 subjects in 330 pedigrees in USA. The result show that Agpd、Stbp、Trgc and Chbp are risk factors of heart disease and suggest that the linkage of the marker locus such as Chromosomel: GGAT2A07、 ATA20F08、 GATA48B01、 GATA29A05、 203yg9, Chromosome2: ATA27H09、 GATA4E11、 GATA27A12、 Chromosome10: GGAT1A4、 GATA115E01、 GGAA2F11、 GATA64A09、 and so on are possible CVD loci.
