多元Fe基非晶合金形成机理研究
Investigation of the Amorphous Forming Mechanism of Mult - elemental Fe - based Alloy
【摘要】 采用机械合金化法(MA)制备Fe-Ti-Cu系三元非晶合金.利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对样品的形貌和微结构变化进行了分析,结果表明,Ti、Cu通过多层扩散固溶于Fe,当扩散速度增加到一定程度,来不及形成有序结构,而形成Fe-Ti-Cu系非晶合金.
【Abstract】 The Fe50Ti30Cu20 amorphous alloy is prepared by mechanical alloying. SEM and XRD are employed to study morphology and structure of samples. It is found that Fe - Ti - Cu form amorphous, because there is no time for them to form ordered state when the speed of diffusion attain to some level.
