—SO3H树脂吸附Cu2+催化合成乳酸正丁酯
Catalytic Synthesis of n-Butyl Lactate by -SO3H Resin Absorbed Cu2+
【摘要】 本文以-SO3H树脂吸附Cu2+为催化剂合成了乳酸正丁酯,最佳反应条件为酸醇比为1∶1.5(mol/mol),催化剂∶乳酸=1∶1.64(g/g),反应时间为2.5h.在这样的反应条件下,酯化率达81.34%.
【Abstract】 n-Butyl lactate has been synthesis by using -SO3H resin which absorbed Cu2+ as catalyst.The best reaching conditions are the ratic of lactic acid to n-butyl is 1∶1.5(mol/mol), -SO3H resin absorbed Cu2+ to lactic acid is 1∶1.64(g/g),the reaching time is 2.5 h.In these congditions,the rate of transforming can reach 81.34%.
