尖晶石型LiMn2O4纳米颗粒的合成
Synthesis of Spinel Nano-LiMn2O4
【摘要】 以醋酸锰、硝酸锂为原料,用溶胶—凝胶法合成了纳米尖晶石型LiMn2O4材料,并采X射线衍射、透射电镜、扫描电镜、粒度分析等现代测试手段对合成的材料进行性能表征.结果表明:600℃下生成了纳米级尖晶石型LiMn2O4材料,平均粒度在30nm左右,其颗粒细小,分布均匀,结晶良好.
【Abstract】 The spinel nano-LiMn2O4 are synthesized by sol-gel process by using LiNO3 and Mn(Ac)2 as raw materials.Their structures and chemical perfoumances are studied by using X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and granularity analysis.It has shown that the nano-LiMn2O4 could be prepared under 600℃ with the size about 30nm. The particles are fine, narrowly distributed and well crystallized.
