【Abstract】 Using the methods of renewal-process(RP),transition probability flow graphs(TPFG),transition probability generating functions(TPGF) and probability generating functions(PGF), another theoretical study on indexes of avarage outgoing quality function AOQ, operating characteristics function of sampling L(p) and average frequency of inspection AFI is presented. A theoretical foundation is provided for studying the CSP’s in MIL-STD-1916 with discontinuation and dynamic average outgoing quality.更多还原
