【Abstract】 The paper presents the sample survey plan for enterprises of wholesale/retail and food/drinks under the designated size,which is designed for State Statistical Bureau of China.The plan treats each province as population and districts/counties as primary sampling units.To satisfy the need of estimation for some cities/prefectures,the complementing without replacement strategy is considered.The processing methods for the survey data,mainly the estimator for population and domain totals and the estimator of their variance are also given.更多还原
