一种基于翻斗法的打点式自记流量测定仪

【摘要】 翻斗式雨量计在雨量观测中较为普遍,而在其它无压、低水头、小流量的水流监测方面,其应用还较少,主要是计数装置价格偏高,从降低计数装置制造成本的角度出发,自行设计了一种基于翻斗法的打点式自记流量测定仪。该装置在以机械钟为动力的前提下,通过特殊的传动部件,实现了记录纸在做匀速圆周运动的同时,还进行垂直方向上的匀速运动,从而将流量传感器翻转过程中通过专用脉冲发生器———“凸轮盘+打点式记录笔”产生的机械脉冲信号以螺旋曲线的形式被反映在记录纸上,在实现水流过程自动监测的同时,降低了记录纸的更换频率。
【Abstract】 Tipping bucket type rain gauge is uni versally used in rainfall observati on.However,in occasions of only air pressure existed,lower water head,and lower discharge,it is hardly adopted for expensive counters.Automatic Discharge DataTaker base d on Tipping Bucket Dot Printing Info rmation is developed for costs savin g.Motivated by a mechanical clock,rec ording papers relay on special gearings to act smooth circular motion and u-niform vertical motion simultaneou sly to change mechanical pulse signals by a special pulse generator composed of a cam plate and a dot type pen to helical curves printed on papers.The design not only realizes automatic discharge recording,but also make lower repla cing of recording papers.
