江垭大坝斜层铺筑碾压混凝土技术经济分析

【摘要】 采用平层铺筑法浇筑面积较大仓面的碾压混凝土时 ,需要足够的施工设备才能保证混凝土质量 ,为了解决这一矛盾 ,辽宁省水利水电工程局在湖南江垭大坝工程施工中 ,首创碾压混凝土斜层铺筑法工艺 ,该法可以调整浇筑面的大小 ,能够利用较少的施工设备浇筑面积较大仓面 ,缩短层间间隔时间 ,使施工效率和施工质量大大提高 ,且降低施工成本。

【Abstract】 To ensure the quality of concrete, enough construction equipments are needed when using flat layer placing method to place roller compacted concrete with large silo area. In order to solve the contradiction, Hydroelectric Engineering Bureau of Liaonin Province firstly created the technology of diagonal bedding laid method for roller compacted concrete in the construction of Jiangya Dam in Hu’nan Province. The size of placing area can be regulated by this method and fewer construction equipments can be used to place the silo with large area and the internal time between the layers can be shortened and the construction efficiency and the construction quality can be greartly raised and construction cost also can be reduced.
