农业生产资料销售过程中窜货原因分析与对策
Reason Analysis and Countermeasure of the Phenomenon of Pouring Goods in the Curent of Agricutural means of Production
【摘要】 在农业生产资料销售中,窜货现象具有一定的复杂性。以往多把造成窜货的原因归结到经销商或者竞争对手的身上,这是不公平的,也是对企业自身不负责任的态度。对于窜货,必须由农资市场的特点分析其原因,从企业自身管理中找问题,从而采取综合治理的办法。
【Abstract】 It is to analyze the reasons of the phenomenon of pouring goods in the sale of agricultural means of production based on the characteristics of the market and then put fouward the countermeasures.
