【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the causes of flood and the flood storage capacity of the Dongting Lake and the relationship between the Yangtze River and Dongting Lake, it is pointed out that the measures, such as the increase of the flood diversion controlling level and utilization of flood storage areas, should be taken so as to enhance the flood storage capacity of the lake, and further to solve the flood problem.更多还原
