【Abstract】 Hua County in He’nan Province is a big agriculture county.It is one of the advanced grain producing counties and one of the main grain producing regions in China.Shortage of water of water resources,however,has been restricting the producing of grain and the development of agricultural economy in Hua County.In the last years,fortunately,water saving irrigation project(mainly underground tubes) has been putting into practice,and thus clear and enormous benefits are getting in economical,social and ecological field.Now Hua County is contributing its share to the national food security for our country.更多还原
