层次分析法在确定蓄滞洪区启用次序中的应用
Application analytic hierarchy process method to decide the operation sequence for the flood detention zones
【摘要】 在对层次分析法作简要介绍的基础上 ,讨论了确定蓄滞洪区启用次序的原则 ,建立了相应的评价指标体系 ,并针对蓄滞洪区启用次序确定进行了实例研究。
【Abstract】 Basing on the introduction of Step Analysis Method , this paper discusses the rules determining the operation order of the flood detention zones , establishes the homologous evaluation system ; and analyses an example aiming at how to determine the operation order of the flood detention zones.
