低熔点合金填充聚合物材料热分析
Thermal Analysis of Low Melting-Point Alloy-Filled Polymer
【摘要】 运用热分析法分析了金属填充量、热处理温度、加工温度、第三组分对低熔点合金填充聚合物材料的影响。结果表明,金属的加入对树脂的结晶具有促进和破坏双重效果。当金属的加入量少时,促进起主导作用;提高热处理温度有助于结晶,较高的加工温度有助于结晶形态发展得更为完善,但是结晶度下降;第三组分的加入使晶片变厚,晶体生长更好,晶体发育完善,结晶均匀。
【Abstract】 It analyzed the influencing effects of the fill amount of metal, thermal treatment temperature, processing temperature, and x-ingredient on the low melting-point metal/alloy-filled polymer by means of thermo-analysis method.The results showed that metal filler had both promoting and breaching effects on crystallization of polymer.The promoting effect of metal filler played leading role when its use amount is less;it was in aid of crystal with a rise in temperature of heat treatment.Higher processing temperature promoted the development of crystal,but decreased the degree of crystallinity.The x-ingredient brought about thickening of crystal-ribbon,the crystal being perfect and homogeneous.
