耐高温输油管道内衬材料的改性研究
Investigation of Modification of Inner-liner for Heat Resistant Oil Pipe
【摘要】 为了提高石油输送管道内衬材料的耐热性 (热变形温度 )、耐热油性 ,采用熔融共混改性法 ,以聚烯烃接枝物作相容剂 ,对原来使用的中密度聚乙烯 (MDPE)进行共混改性。结果表明 :加入不同用量的尼龙 6,可提高其热变形温度 10~ 3 5℃ ;大大提高其耐热油性 (约 1~ 3倍 ) ;拉伸屈服伸长率降低较小 (约 5 %~ 10 % ) ;流动性变化不大 ,熔体质量流动速率增加不大 ;符合成型要求
【Abstract】 To improve the heat resistance (thermal deformation temperature) and hot-oil resistance of the inner-liner of oil pipe, MDPE was modified by means of melt blending, with graft polyolefin as compatibilizer. The results showed when different amount of nylon 6 was blended, the thermal deformation temperature rose 10~35 ℃,and the hot-oil resistance increased by 1~3 times, the elongation at yield decreased a little (about 5%~10% ), while the flowability and melt flow rate of the blend changed little, could meet the need for processing.
