含介晶基元的聚氨酯改性环氧树脂复合材料的研究

【摘要】 以联苯二酚与 2 -氯乙醇合成的介晶二醇为原料 ,与环氧树脂熔融共混后原位聚合 ,生成含刚性聚氨酯的环氧树脂复合材料。用红外光谱表征了聚氨酯的原位聚合反应 ,探讨了介晶二醇用量、反应时间、固化剂用量等对复合材料力学性能的影响。用扫描电镜观察了复合材料的冲击断面。结果表明 :含介晶基元的聚氨酯改性环氧树脂 ,既能提高环氧树脂的韧性 ,也能提高环氧树脂的力学模量

【Abstract】 The epoxy composite containing rigid polyurethane was prepared by means of in-situ polymerization of mesomorphic diol with epoxy rsin, in which the mesomorphic diol was synthesized from 4,4,-dihydroxybiphenyl and 2-chloroethanol. The in-situ polymerization of polyurethane was characterized by FTIR, and the effects of the content of mesomorphic diol, reaction time and the content of curing agent on the mechanical properties of the composite were studied. The impact fracture of the composite was observed by means of SEM. The results showed that mechanical module could be improved while the toughness of the epoxy resin was increased greatly.
