EVP的合成及其在乙烯基吡咯烷酮爆米花聚合中的应用

【摘要】 以乙烯基吡咯烷酮 (NVP)为原料 ,合成了 1-乙烯基 -3 (E) -亚乙基吡咯烷酮 (EVP) ,并进行了表征 ;考察了自制的EVP在NVP进行爆米花聚合中的作用。结果表明 :反应物料配比、反应温度、搅拌速度等反应条件对EVP的收率都有很大影响 ,均有一最佳值 ;EVP的最大收率为 2 6 5 3 % ,纯度超过 99 9%。EVP用量只有在一定范围内时 ,爆米花聚合才能进行 ;而在这个范围内 ,随着EVP用量的增加 ,聚合物的交联程度也逐渐增加 ,对水的溶胀度下降

【Abstract】 vinyl-3(E)-ethylidene pyrrolidone (EVP), the crosslinker in the popcorn polymerization of vinylpyrrolidone (NVP), was synthesized and identified by GC/MS, NMR, IR and DSC.The yield of EVP was found to be greatly dependent on composition ratio, reaction temperature, agitating velocity and other reaction conditions.There was an optimal value for each reaction parameter studied.The highest yield of EVP of 26.53% was achieved with the purity over 99.9%.EVP was found to play a key role in the popcorn polymerization of NVP, as the popcorn polymerization of NVP occurred only when the level of EVP was in the range of 1 wt%~2 wt%, and within such a range of EVP level, the crosslinking degree of the popcorn polymer rose with the increasing amount of EVP, while the swelling degree of the polymer decreased.
