熔融挤出法制备PA6-66/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的研究

【摘要】 采用聚合物熔融挤出的方法 ,用自制的有机蒙脱土与PA6 66熔融复合 ,制备出剥离型PA6 66/蒙脱土纳米复合材料 ;并对材料的结构与性能进行了测试。TEM结果表明 ,蒙脱土晶层均匀地分散于基体中 ,平均厚度约 10nm ,形成结构均匀的纳米复合材料。DSC、MFR测试结果表明 ,纳米复合材料的热性能和加工性能优于基体 ;同时对复合材料的力学性能进行测试 ,结果表明 ,纳米级蒙脱土起到了显著增强作用 ,复合材料拉伸强度升高了 17 1%;拉伸模量提高了将近 3 0 %;屈服强度是纯PA6/66的 1 2 2倍

【Abstract】 PA6 66/montmorillonite nano scale composites were prepared by means of melt extrusion, and the structure and property of the prepared composite were tested TEM results showed that the crystal montmorillonite dispersed homogeneously in the matrixes, with an average thickness of layers of about 10 nm, resulted in exfoliated PA6 66/montmorillonite nano scale composites The results of DSC and MFR illustrated that the thermal property and processability of the nano scale composite were better than those of the matrixes The results of the test of the mechanical properties of the composite showed nano scale montmorillonite played an important role in the reinforcement of the nano scale composites The tensile strength and tensile modulus increased by 17 1% and 30% respectively, and the yield strength was 1 22 times of that of pure PA6/66
