不同牵伸倍数的PAN原丝结构性能的研究
Study of Property and Structure of PAN Precursor by Different Draw Ratio
【摘要】 在其它工艺条件固定不变的情况下 ,研究了牵伸倍数对原丝结构性能的影响。通过X射线二维衍射图像、声速法、沸水收缩率以及力学性能测试等 ,解析了不同牵伸倍数下 ,聚丙烯腈 (PAN)原丝内部结构特性的变化。结果表明 :随着牵伸倍数的增大 ,原丝取向度提高 ,力学性能得到改善 ;但当牵伸倍数大于 8时 ,原丝取向度的增加变缓 ,所以较佳牵伸倍数为 6~ 8。
【Abstract】 The effect of draw ratio on the property and structure of PAN precursors was discussed when other processing parameters were the same The structural features of various PAN fibers by different draw ratio were investigated by means of WAXD, sonic velocity method, boiling water shrinkage and mechanical property test The results showed with the increase of the draw ratio, the mechanical properties and orientation degree of PAN precursor were improved;when the draw ratio was higher than 8,the change of orientation slowed down,so the better draw ratio should be 6~8
