改性方法对PP/纳米CaCO3复合材料性能的影响
Effects of Modifying Methods on Property of PP/nano-scale CaCO3
【摘要】 分别采用熔融共混法和原位聚合法制备了聚丙烯 (PP) /纳米CaCO3 复合材料 ,比较了用两种方法制备的PP/纳米CaCO3 复合材料的力学性能及纳米CaCO3 的分散状况。结果表明 :当纳米CaCO3 质量分数分别为 5 %和 0 73 %时 ,两种方法制备的复合材料的冲击强度达到最大值 ,分别为纯PP的 2 2倍和 2倍 ;两种方法中CaCO3 均可达到纳米级分散 ;原位聚合法制备的复合材料的韧性断裂比熔融共混法更为明显 ,且综合性能与共混法相近 ,并有工艺上的优越性。
【Abstract】 PP/nano scale CaCO 3 composites were prepared by melt blending and nano scale in situ polymerization respectively The properties of the composites and the dispersion of CaCO 3 in the composites prepared by the two methods were investigated and compared by means of SEM,TEM and mechanical properties test The results showed that the toughness of the composites reached up to their maximum, being 2 2 and 2 times of those of pure PP when the contents of nano scale CaCO 3 were 5% and 0 73% separately TEM showed that CaCO 3 was uniformly dispersed in the composites at a nanometer scale Analysis of fractured surface proved that the gliding fracture of in situ method was more apparent than melt blending The overall properties of PP/nano scale CaCO 3 composites prepared by in situ method was proximity to melt blending method, and there are superiorities on technology processes to the former
